The experience
The park sits in a forest on the volcano's slopes, and the maze is the main draw. It's the largest in Mexico, and getting lost in it takes real time if you want to actually solve it. Beyond the maze, the obstacle course tests your balance and strength, the children's farm lets you interact with animals, and the tree nursery shows how reforestation actually works. Walking trails wind through the forest and the glen, miniature golf fills a quieter hour, and if you have kids, the suspension bridge and playgrounds eat up the afternoon.
The restaurant terrace overlooks the mountain and the glen, so you can break the day there and eat separately: food and drinks aren't included in admission, and prices run between 100 and 250 MXN. You control the pace entirely: some people spend three hours on the maze and the obstacle course, others stay until closing and do everything. Strollers work on the main paths, and the ground is manageable for all fitness levels, though the trails themselves are uneven forest terrain.
Two admission options exist at checkout: General Admission covers all the activities listed above, or you can add the "End" option, which extends your access. The zip line circuit and canopy tour are separate paid add-ons if you want them, running 150 to 350 MXN extra. Service animals are welcome.
