Each one is paired with carefully chosen fruits and spices that bring out the flavors you might otherwise miss. By the end of two hours, you'll know how to mix and pair these spirits with food and other drinks, and you'll have the knowledge to pick a bottle that actually suits your taste instead of just grabbing whatever is on the shelf.
