The Putra Mosque is the centerpiece stop. Built in 1997 on the lake's edge, the mosque is constructed from rose-tinted granite that gives it an iconic pink hue, with a dome that reflects the light in ways that draw photographers. The building blends Malay and Middle Eastern influences and can hold up to 15,000 worshippers; you stop for photographs and to walk around the exterior. Nearby stands the Perdana Putra, an imposing complex with a green dome and stone walls where Malaysia's prime minister and senior officials work — not open to visitors, but its palatial-style architecture is visible from outside. You also pass the Seri Perdana, the prime minister's official residence, and the Iron Mosque, constructed primarily from steel with a wire-mesh design inspired by Chinese and German architecture.

A 45-minute sightseeing cruise on a comfortable, air-conditioned 76-seater boat is included, departing either during the day or in the evening depending on your option.
