The experience

Your airport representative meets you at the paging area on the left side of the Exit Gate in the International Arrival Hall, after you've collected your bags and cleared customs. They'll be holding an A4-sized placard with your booking name, so you don't have to search or negotiate with taxi touts. The vehicle is air-conditioned and seats you comfortably for the 50- to 60-minute drive to your hotel.

You can choose between Kuala Lumpur City Center or Malacca City Center as your destination. The transfer includes your driver, all taxes and handling charges, and space for one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person. If you're traveling with infants or small children, they can sit on an adult's lap or in a stroller. The service runs 24 hours a year-round, though arrivals or departures between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. carry a 50% surcharge, which you pay directly to the driver upon arrival.
