A private transfer from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the city center (or the reverse) with a registered driver who meets you at your terminal. The vehicle size matches your group: a sedan for one or two passengers, a minivan for three to four, or a larger van for groups up to thirteen. Highway tolls, bottled water and air conditioning are included. Infants ride free on an adult's lap.

The experience

You land at KL airport and your driver is already waiting. Provide your flight number and an active WhatsApp number when you book, and the driver will track your arrival and meet you at the designated pickup point: Level 1, Door 3 for Terminal 1, or Level 1, Door 5 for Terminal 2. No hunting for a taxi rank or negotiating a price on arrival. The transfer is arranged and paid for.

The drive to the city center takes one to two hours depending on traffic. The vehicle is air-conditioned and comes stocked with bottled water. Highway tolls and fuel are covered in the price. If you're traveling with a toddler or infant, they can sit on an adult's lap at no extra charge. Specialized infant seats are also available if you need one. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request.

For late-night arrivals between 11pm and 6am, a midnight surcharge of RM50 cash applies to the driver. The return journey from your hotel to the airport follows the same arrangement. Just book the reverse route and provide your flight details so the driver can time the pickup to get you there with time to spare.

How does the driver know when I've landed at the airport?

Provide your flight number when you book, and the driver tracks your arrival using that information. You'll also share an active WhatsApp number so the driver can contact you once you've cleared customs and are ready for pickup.

What size vehicle will I get for my group?

Vehicle size depends on passenger count: one to two passengers travel in a standard sedan with space for two pieces of luggage; three to four passengers get a minivan with room for four bags; five to seven passengers travel in an MPV with seven pieces of luggage capacity; and groups of six to thirteen ride in a van that holds ten bags.

What if I'm arriving after midnight?

Midnight pickups between 11pm and 6am incur an additional RM50 cash surcharge paid directly to the driver. This applies whether you're arriving at the airport or being picked up from your hotel for an early departure.
