The experience

Your driver arrives at your hotel lobby at the time specified in the departure notice you receive by email or fax the day before service. The route from central Yokohama to Haneda takes 40 minutes to just over an hour depending on traffic and your exact hotel location. The driver helps load baggage and takes you directly to the departure terminal for your airline. You don't stop elsewhere or wait for other passengers.

The vehicle scales to your group: a sedan carries up to two people with two bags, an MPV fits three to four passengers with four bags, and a van accommodates five to eight with eight bags total. If you're staying in an apartment or private home on a narrow street that the vehicle cannot reach, the driver will arrange a nearby meeting point and let you know in advance. Wheelchair access can be arranged if you notify the service center when you book.

The driver's primary language is Japanese. English is not guaranteed. If you need to make changes to your booking, contact the service center by email. For same-day adjustments or emergencies during your stay, a 24/7 assistance team is available.
