The Experience

The transfer runs between central Yokohama and central Tokyo on one end, and Haneda Airport (HND) or Narita Airport (NRT) on the other. A route that typically takes 30 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on traffic and which endpoint you're heading to. Real-time flight tracking is built in for arrivals: the driver monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup time accordingly, then waits up to 90 minutes after you land. For city or hotel pickups, the driver arrives at the scheduled time and waits up to 30 minutes. Standard tolls and fuel are included in the price.

The vehicle is a Toyota Alphard or Hiace, licensed and fully insured, with space for luggage. Each passenger can bring one standard suitcase of about 24 inches. Oversized or extra bags may require additional seating capacity, and the driver can refuse service if luggage exceeds what the vehicle can safely hold. A booster seat is available for children aged 3 to 6 years (availability varies), and infants can ride in a pram or stroller or sit on an adult's lap. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before the pickup to confirm your details and share the vehicle information. Customer support is reachable via email and WhatsApp as well.

A confirmation email arrives about three days before your service to reconfirm pickup details. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, notify the service at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the booking follows the original schedule. Yokohama Port (cruise terminal) pickups carry a surcharge starting at ¥6,000.
