You're picked up from your Montego Bay hotel and driven in a private air-conditioned vehicle to Mystic Mountain, a natural park filled with activities. Once there, a chair lift carries you to the summit for views and photo opportunities. The main events are the canopy ride (a zip line through the tropical forest canopy), and the bobsled run, one of the venue's signature attractions. The park also has a water sled and Sky Explorer if you want to try more. Your guide stays with you throughout, and the pace is built around what interests you most.

From Mystic Mountain, you head to Dunn's River Falls, a 600-foot natural waterfall with stepped limestone terraces that cascade toward the beach. Once you arrive, climbing the falls is the main event: you wade and climb from pool to pool up the face of the cascade, learning its history as you go. The water is cool and the climb takes effort, but the route is well-traveled and the guide can point out the easiest paths.
