The experience

You pick two wines from the winery's aged reserves, each one shaped by the Dolomite terroir. The Navarro Trento DOC Riserva is a sparkling wine made from hand-harvested grapes at high altitude and aged on the lees for over 60 months, with fine bubbles and notes of white flowers, citrus and bread crust. The Rosso Mancato IGT is a rare take on Teroldego with aromas of ripe red fruit and a velvety palate, while the Nero Viola IGT is a deep red marked by blackberry, wild herbs and hints of dark chocolate. A third glass of 5+5 Rosso IGT, a young and lively red, rounds out the tasting.

Each wine comes with Trentino cold cuts and cheese (Speck and Trentingrana are local staples), so the flavors build together. The winery sits on a scenic location with views over Mount Mezzocorona, and the whole experience unfolds in a relaxed, personal way. A live guide walks you through the story behind each label, speaking English, Italian or German, so you understand what you're tasting and why it tastes the way it does.
