The experience

The boat leaves Alghero at 10 am and heads toward the Coral Riviera. A stretch of coast that includes the cliffs of Punta Giglio, the Marine Protected Area of Capo Caccia, and Isola Piana within the Regional Natural Park of Porto Conte. You'll have time to relax on deck or learn the fundamentals of sailing from the skipper. The day runs until 5:30 pm, giving you a full afternoon on the water without an early start.

Snorkeling happens at stops in coves along the way. Masks and snorkels are on board, and a SUP board is available if you want to paddle instead. The skipper chooses the stops based on conditions and what's worth seeing that day. Lunch is cooked on board and served during the sail: drinks and spirits are included with the meal. If you have food intolerances, let the operator know when you book so they can plan around it.

The boat is open to all ages and fitness levels. Public transportation runs near the departure point in Alghero if you're arriving without a car.
