The day starts with a guide who walks you through the rice terraces and explains how the irrigation system works: context for what you're about to see from above. Then you step into the safety gear. The 13-meter jungle swing launches you out over the landscape. It's the photo moment most people come for. After that, the zipline runs across the rice fields themselves, so you're moving through the view instead of just looking at it. The guide handles the instruction and makes sure the equipment fits. Your job is to move through the course.
Between the zipline and the swing, there are photo spots built into the setup, and you can try on a traditional fly costume if you want the shot. Once you're done with both, you head down to Ulu Petanu Waterfalls to swim and cool off. The water is the reset after the adrenaline. The activity wraps with coffee and tea: time to sit and let your body settle before the drive back to your hotel.
