The experience

The spa sits in Jimbaran, Nusa Dua or Kuta, each location close enough to the airport that you can book a late-morning or early-afternoon slot and still make a 2pm or 3pm flight. Hotel pickup covers the main beach areas (Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Sanur and Seminyak), so if you're staying in range, the driver collects you and brings you back to the airport without a second booking. You pick the massage style and the duration when you reserve: traditional Balinese massage starts with a foot bath and moves through your whole body with aromatic oils, meant to ease muscle tension and improve circulation; the body scrub version combines massage with exfoliating treatment to smooth and brighten skin; the hot stone massage uses heated stones for deeper relaxation. All three can run 90 or 120 minutes depending on how much time you have before your flight.

The spa provides a welcome drink when you arrive. After your treatment, the driver takes you straight to the airport departure hall, timed so you arrive at least two hours before your flight. Confirm your spa start time and pickup hour when you book (the spa accepts appointments from 9am to 7pm), and if your flight time shifts, reconfirm at least 12 hours ahead. Hotels outside the standard pickup zones (Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Seminyak and Nusa Dua) incur an extra charge of 6 USD per person, paid to the driver on the day.
