Then comes Padang Padang beach, the one from the film "Eat, Pray, Love," set below a high cliff with clear water and coral. The day builds toward Uluwatu Temple, perched on a 70-meter cliff that juts into the sea. The temple was expanded in the 11th century and is now inhabited by monkeys. The real draw is the Kecak fire dance performed daily at 6pm on the clifftop, a traditional performance based on the Ramayana with the sunset behind it.
