The Experience
Early morning in Delhi, the city’s still waking up as our driver pulls up right on time. The air’s got that hint of spice and dust—classic North India. We’re off to Agra, and honestly, I’m a bit nervous about the crowds at the Taj Mahal. But our guide, Rakesh, assures us he’ll handle everything. The first glimpse of the Taj Mahal is something else—there’s this soft mist hanging over the gardens, and you can actually hear birds over the hum of visitors. Rakesh points out tiny details on the marble—like the way the semi-precious stones catch the light if you tilt your head just so.
