The experience

The day starts with pickup from your Delhi hotel, airport or Gurugram, then a private air-conditioned car carries you south to Mathura, Krishna's birthplace. Your English-speaking guide leads you through Prem Mandir, also called the Love Temple, where the spiritual architecture centers on devotion and Krishna's story. From there you move to Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir, the ISKCON Temple, one of Vrindavan's most significant sites. The guide explains the sites as you walk through them, and you set the pace.

After the temples, the route turns toward the Wildlife SOS Elephant Conservation and Care Centre. You see elephants living in large enclosures designed to mimic their natural environments, and staff explain the center's work rescuing elephants from poor conditions and caring for them. This is not a performance or a ride. You observe and learn what the rescue operation actually does.

The return journey to Delhi takes the afternoon. Your driver drops you at your hotel or airport, completing the loop. Water is provided in the car, and all tolls, taxes, parking and fuel are covered.
