The experience

The day starts with a pickup in an air-conditioned van from your hotel lobby or the cruise ship port. Your wedding planner meets you and your guests, then the team transfers everyone to the beach venue where the bamboo arch is already standing, decorated in the linens and fresh flowers you chose during your pre-wedding consultation. A classical guitarist plays before and during the ceremony. You pick the songs.

After you say your vows with the local officiant, you cut the wedding cake (flavor is your choice) at a decorated table, raise a champagne toast, and enjoy appetizers during cocktail hour. The professional photographer captures everything for two hours, and all edited photos are yours to keep. Your guests have access to the resort's pool and WiFi while you're there. When it's time to leave, the team transports everyone back to the hotel or port.

The whole event runs between one and six hours depending on how long you want to stay on the beach. Everything is customizable: the flowers in your bouquet and boutonnière, the cake flavor, the music, even the arch design. Yes. The team picks you up directly from the cruise ship port in an air-conditioned van and brings you to the beach venue, then returns you to the port in time for departure. The timing is arranged so the ceremony and celebration fit inside your port call.

What flowers are included in the bouquet and boutonnière?

Fresh tropical flowers are included, and you choose which ones during your pre-wedding consultation. The wedding planner works with you to pick blooms that match your vision for the day.

How many guests can come to the ceremony?

Infants can ride in a pram or stroller, and specialized infant seats are available in the van. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to be married is 18, but younger family members are welcome as guests.
