The experience
Damouchari is the anchor: the fishing village where "Mamma Mia!" was filmed, with its double bay, white-pebble beach and traditional tavernas. But the day builds around the water. The boat leaves Agiokampos at 10:30 AM and runs until 7:30 PM, which means you spend the afternoon and early evening moving between six stops, swimming and snorkeling at each one. The Blue Caves of Veneto come first: towering limestone formations where the high-speed boat navigates close enough to enter the accessible caverns and watch sunlight throw neon-blue reflections across the water.
Between the caves and Damouchari, the route passes Limnionas (a pebble-and-sand beach ringed by rocky cliffs where the water stays deep and clear), and Rakopotamos, where a freshwater river spills into the sea through a forest of plane trees. You'll see the Old Mine of Sklithro from the boat, an abandoned mineral loading dock built into the cliffs, and stop at Fakistra, a secluded cove with milky-turquoise water and fine pebbles, steep enough that arriving by boat saves the hike from the mainland. Snorkeling equipment is provided. Snacks and bottled water come on board. The guide is live and speaks English or Greek. Groups max out at ten people, and the tour needs a minimum of five to depart.
Damouchari itself gets an hour or two ashore: time to walk the cobblestone paths, eat at a waterfront taverna (meals are not included), or swim in the harbor. The return to Agiokampos is timed for 7:30 PM, so plan the rest of your evening around that landing time.
What’s included

Is this one for you?The full-day commitment, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, means you're on the water for most of the afternoon and evening, so plan any other activities for the morning or save the evening for rest. The fixed schedule also keeps all six stops and both snorkeling sessions inside a single day, which suits travelers who want to see the caves, the village and the hidden beaches without splitting the route across multiple outings.
