The experience

Santorini's volcanic soil and dry climate produce wines unlike anywhere else in Greece, and this tour moves through two of the island's best traditional wineries to show you why. A sommelier guide in English leads the group, never more than eight, through the cellars where you watch how the wine is produced and bottled, then taste eight distinct wines across the afternoon. The volcanic terroir is what makes each one different, and the guide walks you through that story as you taste.

Lunch arrives between the two wineries, a local meal built around what grows on the island. Bottled water and snacks come with the day, and the tour includes pickup from your hotel or meeting point.
