A pasta-making class at your holiday villa in Paros where Chef Daniele teaches you to shape handmade pasta from scratch, then serves what you've made alongside Italian appetizers, wine and soft drinks. The experience

Chef Daniele arrives at your villa to walk you through the whole process of making pasta by hand: mixing the dough, kneading it, rolling it out and cutting it into shape. You don't watch from the side. You work alongside him, getting your hands into the dough and learning the pressure and timing that separate a sheet that tears from one that holds. The class runs three hours, which gives you time to move slowly through the steps without rushing to a finish line.

Once you've made the pasta, you eat it. Daniele prepares fresh pasta dishes on the spot using what you've shaped, and serves Italian appetizers alongside: the kind meant to open an appetite rather than close one. Wine, spritz and soft drinks flow during the class, so the whole thing reads less like a cooking lesson and more like a long, unhurried meal with someone who knows how to cook. Other Italian food options are available if anyone in your group has a preference or a restriction.

The class works for families. Children from six years old can join in and learn the same steps. Daniele teaches in English, Spanish, Italian and French, so language is not a barrier to understanding what he's showing you.
