The experience

The class runs for three hours in a cozy workshop in the heart of Naxos Town. You'll start with a cocktail-making session, learning to craft signature drinks featuring the island's celebrated Kitron liqueur, local olive oil and herbs, then move into the kitchen to prepare four courses: tzatziki, feta with crispy fyllo and honey, potato fritters, a fresh salad, and Kalogeros, a traditional local dish. Your instructors are locals who know the recipes because their families have been making them for generations, and they'll walk you through each step while you actively cook alongside them.

Once everything is ready, you gather around a communal table to share what you've made, eating and drinking in a relaxed atmosphere with the other people in your group. The experience is built around connection. You're not watching a demonstration or following a script, but working with your hands, hearing the stories behind the food, and tasting the results immediately. Before you leave, you take home written recipes so you can recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.

What’s included

  • All four courses and a cheese plate with local marmalade.
  • cocktails made during the mixology session.
  • written recipes to take home.
  • instruction from local guides in English.
