The experience
You board a 21-foot speedboat and leave the crowded tour boats behind. The skipper navigates past the colorful fisherman villages, then heads to Cape Vani, where an abandoned volcanic manganese mine rises from the water: a relic most visitors never see from land. The boat is yours alone, which means the pace is yours: linger where you want, move on when you're ready, and the skipper adapts the route if conditions shift.
Swimming happens at three stops. Sykia Bay sits next to a sea cave you can explore with the snorkeling masks provided. If weather closes that option, the skipper takes you to another beautiful spot instead. Kleftiko Beach, the legendary pirate anchorage, comes next: clear water, dramatic rock formations, time to snorkel or simply float. The final stop is Kalogries Beach, where the water stays crystal-clear. Between swims, an open bar runs the whole time: beer, white wine, soft drinks, and Greek meze (small plates) keep you fed and comfortable on the water.
The tour runs four hours. A skipper who knows the island speaks English or Greek and handles all the navigation, fuel and logistics. You show up at the meeting point and step aboard. The boat has a toilet on board, and the route stays flexible: safety and comfort come first, so the skipper may adjust stops depending on what the sea offers that day.

Top questions
What languages is the tour guided in?
Live guide in English and Greek.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What exactly is Kleftiko Beach and why is it called the pirate bay?
Kleftiko Beach is a legendary anchorage on Milos' south coast, named for the pirates who once sheltered in its sea caves and hidden coves. The dramatic rock formations and isolated location made it an ideal hideout. Today it's one of the island's most stunning swimming spots, reachable only by boat.
Can I snorkel at every stop, or just some of them?
Snorkeling masks are available at all three swimming stops (Sykia Bay, Kleftiko Beach and Kalogries Beach), so you can explore the underwater landscape wherever you choose. The water is clear at each location, though conditions vary by day and season.
What happens if the weather turns bad during the tour?
The skipper monitors conditions throughout and may adjust the route or swap one swimming stop for another safe alternative. Your safety is the priority, so any changes are made to keep you comfortable and secure on the water.
Is the open bar really unlimited, and what exactly is included?
Yes, the open bar runs the entire four hours and includes beer, white wine and soft drinks at no extra charge. Greek meze (small appetizers) are also provided on board, along with snorkeling masks and all fuel and taxes in the price.
Do I need to arrange my own way to the boat, or is transport included?
Transport to the meeting point is not included, though public transportation options are available nearby. Once you arrive at the departure spot, the skipper and boat are ready to go.
