The day starts with a bus pickup from your hotel and a drive to Kefalos port on the southern coast of Kos, where you board the wooden boat around 3:45 or 4 pm. The boat sails around Kefalos Bay—known for long sandy beaches and clear water—before stopping at a secluded beach with turquoise water where you can swim. As the afternoon light shifts, the boat heads toward the tip of the island to position you for the sunset over the open sea.
