The experience

The tour runs on your schedule, not a bus timetable. Your captain times the boat departure to reach Navagio Beach during the quieter morning or afternoon hours, before the large cruise-ship groups arrive. You swim and photograph at the beach itself, then on the return journey the boat enters the Blue Caves and stops in calm water if you want to jump in and float among the rock formations.

Day two (or the afternoon of day one, depending on your option) takes the boat south to Keri Caves, where you explore and swim in the turquoise water, then visit Mizithres (the limestone stacks locals call "cheese rocks"), and other hidden coves your guide knows. The tour includes a 7-minute walk from the parking area to a viewpoint above Navagio Beach where the full sweep of the strand fills the frame for photographs. Transportation by private car or minibus (sized to your group), all entry fees, bottled water and a drone operator to capture aerial shots are included. Door-to-door pickup means no arranging a separate transfer.

The route covers both the rugged northern cliffs and the calmer southern bays, so you see the full range of Zakynthos in one or two days rather than picking one region.
