Berlin Airport BER to City Transfer: Private Business Car

Arrive in Berlin without the airport hassle. Your driver meets you at the gate

A private transfer from Berlin Airport BER to your Berlin hotel in a business-class sedan (Mercedes-Benz EQE or E-Class, BMW 5 Series, or Jaguar XF), with a professionally trained driver who meets you at arrivals with a name sign, assists with luggage, and delivers you directly to your accommodation. The driver waits up to 60 minutes free if your flight is delayed, and the vehicle is disinfected before each journey with hand sanitizer provided in the back seat.

The experience

You land at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and your driver is already waiting at the arrivals terminal with your name on a sign. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a price at the curb. The fare is fixed before you arrive, and your driver has tracked your flight to know when to expect you. If you're delayed, you have 60 minutes of free waiting time built in, so a late landing with luggage doesn't become a scramble. The driver assists with your bags and guides you to a Mercedes-Benz EQE or E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Jaguar XF or similar vehicle, opens the door, and takes you directly to your hotel. The journey takes around 35 minutes depending on traffic.

Your safety is the crew's priority from the moment you book. Before each trip, the vehicle is completely disinfected and stocked with free bottled water and hand sanitizer in the back seat. You ride in the back. The driver handles the route and the road. All airport taxes and parking fees are included in the price, so there are no hidden charges when you arrive. The driver speaks English or German and can answer basic questions about Berlin, though this is transportation, not a guided tour.
