The experience

Your driver meets you at the arrival lounge holding a board with your name, so you walk straight from customs to the car instead of joining the taxi queue outside. The transfer takes around 50 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. You choose between a Premium sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Premium minivan for 5 or 6, or an 8-seat minivan for larger groups. A Luxury Mercedes S Class is also available. All taxes, parking fees, airport tolls and gratuities are built into the price.

The driver tracks your flight in real time and adjusts the pickup time if you land early or late, so you don't arrive to an empty car park or a driver waiting hours for a delayed flight. If you can't locate the driver on arrival, the assistance centre will help sort it out. Infant and child seats are provided at no extra charge when you book. Service animals are welcome.
