Berlin Airport Transfer: Private Car to Your Hotel

Skip the taxi queue and arrive rested, not frazzled.

A private transfer from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) to your Berlin hotel or accommodation, with an English-speaking driver, meet-and-greet service, and 60 minutes of free waiting time after you land. You choose your vehicle type (luxury sedan, business van, or standard car) at checkout, and the price is fixed with no hidden fees. Flight tracking means your driver knows when you're arriving, and 24/7 customer support is included.

The experience

The transfer works the same way whether you're arriving or leaving Berlin. When you land at Brandenburg Airport, your driver is already tracking your flight and waiting with a nameplate. You walk out, find them, and head straight to your accommodation without hunting for a taxi or navigating public transport with luggage. The 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing gives you room to clear customs and collect bags without the meter running. On departure, you book a pickup time from your hotel, and the driver arrives on schedule to get you to the airport with time to spare.

You pick your vehicle when you book: a luxury sedan for solo travelers or couples, a business van for groups or families with luggage, or a standard car for straightforward point-to-point travel. Child seats and booster seats are available on request if you're traveling with small children. The price you see is the price you pay: no surge pricing, no meter, no surprises at the end. All fees and taxes are built in, and the driver speaks English, so there's no language barrier when you need directions or have questions about Berlin.

The journey from Brandenburg Airport to central Berlin takes between 20 and 50 minutes depending on traffic and your exact destination. You'll have 24/7 customer support if anything changes: a delayed flight, a last-minute address swap, or a question about where to meet the driver. Service animals are welcome, and the car seats infants and small children safely if you need them.

Top questions

What happens if it rains?

It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.

How do I know when my driver will be waiting at the airport?

Your driver tracks your flight in real time, so they know your landing time and are ready with a nameplate when you exit baggage claim. You'll receive your driver's contact details and meeting point information via email and phone after you complete your booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed or I'm running late?

You have 60 minutes of free waiting time after you land, so minor delays don't cost extra. For longer delays or changes to your pickup time, contact the 24/7 customer support team using the details in your confirmation, and they'll adjust your booking.

Can I book a transfer for a group, or is this only for individuals?

The business van option seats multiple passengers with luggage, so groups and families book a single transfer instead of multiple cars. Choose the van at checkout based on your party size.

Is the price I see at checkout the final price, or are there extra charges?

The quoted price is your final price. All fees, taxes, and the meet-and-greet service are included. There are no meters, surcharges, or hidden costs.

What's included in the transfer, and what do I need to arrange separately?

The transfer includes private transportation, flight tracking, meet-and-greet, 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, an English-speaking driver, and 24/7 support. You don't need to arrange anything else for the airport leg of your trip.
