The experience
You arrive at Dinara's apartment in a residential Tbilisi neighborhood and sit at her dining table with an open kitchen in view. She serves several traditional Georgian dishes made from her family recipes: khachapuri (cheese and egg filled bread), khinkali (Georgian dumplings), Shkmeruli (fried chicken in a garlic sauce), pkhali (minced vegetables, nuts and herbs), and a Georgian salad. The meal ends with a dessert like matsoni: yoghurt with honey and nuts. Wine flows throughout, and Dinara shares stories about life in Georgia as you eat.
This is a completely private experience: no other guests, no restaurant setting, no group timing. Dinara speaks English or Russian, so the conversation moves at your pace. The two-hour meal is unhurried, built around the food and the chance to ask questions about Georgian culture without the pressure of a tour schedule. Pickup and drop-off are included, so you don't arrange transport yourself.

- Private transportation to and from Dinara's home.
- local wine served throughout the meal.
