You'll spend roughly 45 minutes at each of 2–3 wine bars scattered through Toulouse's city center, chosen after the operator has tested them thoroughly. One overlooks the Marché des Carmes, the bustling square that anchors the neighborhood. The bars rotate based on what's available and the season, so the stops stay fresh even if you return. A certified French Wine Scholar leads the group in English, teaching you how to actually taste wine (what to look for, how to describe it, why the grape matters) rather than just drinking it.
