The experience
The tour runs three hours and covers the highlights of Paris lit up at night: Invalides, Palais de l'Élysées, Place Vendôme, Opéra, the Seine, Île de la Cité, Châtelet and Hôtel de Ville among others. You'll pedal down grand boulevards and through historic neighborhoods with a guide who speaks English and knows the city well enough to point out what matters. Groups stay under 15 people, so the pace stays manageable and you're not lost in a crowd.
You pick your bike at checkout: a standard Dutch bike or an e-bike that handles the pedaling for you. The e-bike requires a minimum height of 160 cm and a minimum age of 14. The standard bike works for all fitness levels. If you're bringing a child under 22 kg, child seats are available for an additional €15 and need to be booked in advance. Public transportation stops are nearby if you need them before or after.
The route stays in and around the 4th Arrondissement, moving through the neighborhoods where Paris's most recognizable monuments stand. Riding at night means you see them lit, which changes how they read: the scale, the detail, the way they sit in the city. Three hours is long enough to cover real distance without rushing, short enough to fit into an evening.
