The Experience

You're picked up from your Nadi hotel and driven 35 minutes to Tau Village at Momi Bay, where the zip line course sits above the water with views across the ocean. The 16 lines are the highest, fastest and longest in Fiji, strung across 5 km of terrain that winds through caves and canyons. A guide in English walks you through the setup, the harness, and what to expect on each run — the course builds in intensity, so the early lines let you find your rhythm before the longer stretches.

The morning departure leaves at 9am and the afternoon at 2pm; either way, the whole experience takes 3 hours. Lunch is included partway through, so you're not running on empty between the harder lines. The terrain demands a moderate level of fitness — you're climbing, moving between platforms, and managing your own weight on the line — but the guide adjusts the pace to the group and nobody is racing.

After the final line, you're driven back to your hotel. The whole day, from pickup to dropoff, is arranged; you show up and the transfers handle themselves.
