The route takes you to Mitre Square, where Elizabeth Stride was killed on the night of the double event, and then just forty-five minutes later to the spot where Catherine Eddowes died—both within the same few hours. You'll see Gunthorpe Street from Wentworth Street, looking toward George Yard Buildings where Martha Tabram was found on 7 August 1888, now believed to be the Ripper's first victim. Then Brick Lane, where Mary Ann Nichols had her last drink at the Frying Pan before being murdered in Bucks Row behind Whitechapel Station. Hanbury Street, where Annie Chapman was killed in the back yard of number 29. Each stop is a location, a name, a date—not a story invented for effect.
