Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
You will receive a WhatsApp message once the driver arrives at your pickup location.
Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
