The experience

You start at Hurghada Marina, where the Spectra Semi-Submarine waits. The boat takes you out over the reef, and you descend into a cabin with large windows set below the waterline. Fish and coral pass at eye level while you stay dry and comfortable: no diving certification needed, no physical exertion required. The semi-submarine does the work. You watch.

After the submarine returns to the marina, you enter the water with snorkeling gear. Your guide leads you through the same reef system you just saw from below, this time swimming among the coral gardens and tropical fish. The contrast matters: the submarine showed you the scale and structure of the reef. Snorkeling puts you inside it. A complimentary drink comes after you're back on the boat.
