I’ll never forget how we started this private Prague half day tour. We zipped through New Town first (the driver had this gentle way of dodging trams), then hopped out near Wenceslas Square. There were locals rushing past with umbrellas tucked under their arms, and Hana pointed out where students once protested for freedom. I tried to imagine the square packed with voices. It gave me chills. We walked the cobbles toward Old Town Square. The Astronomical Clock chimed right as we arrived, and some kid next to us gasped so loud it made us all laugh. I didn’t expect to feel so much just standing there.
