The day starts with pickup from your Paphos hotel and a 25-minute drive to the second-largest dam in Cyprus for a photo stop and local context. From there, the route moves through Salamiou village for optional Cypriot coffee (€1.50), then past the Arminou Dam before turning onto forest off-roads toward the Venetian Bridge at Tzelefos, where the guide explains the structure's history during a 20-minute stop.

The core of the day is a scenic drive through Paphos Forest and the Troodos Mountains range with three off-road sections and a short walk into the forest. The route ends at Chantara waterfall, where you can swim in the flowing water: a refreshing break that lasts about 25 minutes. From there, the Jeep heads to Omodos village for an 80-minute stop: lunch is optional at a traditional restaurant, and free time lets you explore the narrow alleys, visit the Timios Stavros Monastery and its Ecclesiastical Treasury Museum, and see the Medieval Wine Press.

After Omodos, a five-minute drive brings you to the wine tasting, where Commandaria wine (the world's oldest named wine according to Guinness), is the centerpiece.
