The Experience
You arrive at the Stella Croatica in the Split countryside and move straight into the Olive Museum's botanical gardens. A guide walks you through how to recognize premium extra virgin olive oil—what to look for in color, aroma and taste—then you taste different oils side by side to put that knowledge to work. The tasting is the core of the class: you learn the difference between oils, not just hear about it.
After the tasting, you move into the Concept store to sample traditional Dalmatian gastro delicacies and test natural cosmetics made from olive oil. The whole experience stays grounded in what the region actually produces and how locals use it. Everything is included in the price; you walk out having tasted what you came to learn.
