The experience
The boat leaves Trogir and heads out across the Adriatic. Keep your eyes open on the crossing, since dolphins live in these waters and sometimes surface near the route. Once you reach the Blue Lagoon on Veliki Drvenik, you get in the water with a mask and snorkel the operator provides. The lagoon sits in shallow, clear sea, and the tour gives you time to swim and look around underwater before heading to the beach bar Shkoy, where you can order a snack or a drink.
After the lagoon, the boat takes you to Maslinica, a small fishing village that has kept its original character. You walk around on your own, sit at the waterfront if you want, and pick up a souvenir or a cocktail before the three-hour tour ends and you head back to Trogir.
