The experience
If you have a full day free and want to taste Dalmatian food the way locals eat it, this tour builds the entire experience around what the captain and his family prepare. You leave Biograd na Moru at 10am and head first to Žut Cove, where breakfast arrives: cheese, prosciutto, anchovies, octopus and shrimp with drinks. From there the route moves into Kornati National Park, where you see the fisherman's life at sea and the islands that surround it. The second major stop is Mana Cove on the island of Mana, where 80-meter cliffs rise from the water. The cove is also where the film "As the Sea Rages" was shot. You swim and sunbathe at each location, and the boat carries snorkelling equipment for anyone who wants it.
The food keeps coming throughout the day. Lunch and dinner are grilled fish, grilled meat, grilled cutlets, grilled sausages, boiled potatoes and grilled vegetables, all prepared onboard. Wine, coffee, cookies and soft drinks are unlimited and included. There is plenty of deck space to relax between meals, and the captain handles all navigation while you watch the Adriatic unfold. The tour ends at 7pm back in Biograd na Moru.
