Your guide picks you up at your hotel at 5:15pm and drives you to Canton Tower, Guangzhou's landmark on the Pearl River. The TWIST restaurant sits on the 106th floor, 423 meters up, and holds the Guinness World Record as the world's tallest revolving restaurant in a building. The buffet spans Mediterranean dishes, and as you eat, the restaurant rotates so the city spreads across every window—the skyline shifts around you without you moving. After dinner, you have access to the 107th and 108th floors to walk and photograph the view from higher still.

Once you leave the tower, your guide takes you to the Pearl River for a night cruise lasting about an hour. The water reflects the lit facades of the Canton Theater, IFC, and Canton Tower itself as the boat moves. You can photograph the landmarks from the water, and the guide points out the buildings as they pass. At the end, the driver returns you to your hotel or drops you anywhere else in the city you prefer.
