The house opens onto a garden and a viewpoint that frames the city below. From there the tour moves to Viña del Mar, where the beaches run long and the Casino sits as a landmark of the city's glamour. The Fonck Museum holds the remains of an original Easter Island Moai, one of the few outside Rapa Nui itself.

The second half crosses into Casablanca Valley, one of Chile's major wine regions.
