The experience
You'll spend three hours moving through the treetops on a series of aerial courses filled with suspension bridges, cable traverses, ziplines and climbing obstacles. The courses are tailored to different skill levels, so beginners and experienced climbers work at their own pace with guidance from instructors. Each obstacle is designed to build confidence rather than just test nerve. The goal is to push your limits in a way that feels achievable, not reckless.
All climbing equipment comes with you: harness, helmet and safety gear are provided, and you'll get a full safety briefing before you start. The instructors stay encouraging throughout, offering pro tips as you move from one section to the next. Parking is included, and the activity is set up for families with kids as young as nine, though you'll need to be at least 55 inches tall and wear closed-toed shoes like running shoes.
This is Treetop Trekking's original and most popular activity in Brampton. It works for families with older kids and teens, groups of friends, or mixed adult and youth groups looking for an active day outside. You'll need moderate physical fitness to handle the climbing and swinging, and there's a 250-pound weight limit for safety reasons.
