The tour starts wherever you are in Greater Vancouver: your hotel, the airport, a cruise terminal. Your guide arrives in a private air-conditioned vehicle, and your luggage travels with you, so there's no need to store bags or rush back to a hotel before exploring. The six-hour window is yours to shape. Stanley Park comes first for most travelers: a 405-hectare waterfront park where you walk the Seawall, see the Girl in a Wetsuit sculpture, spot the Brockton Point Lighthouse, and cross under the Lions Gate Bridge. The route through the park is scenic and walkable, and your guide explains what you're looking at instead of moving you through on a fixed schedule.
From there, the itinerary branches. Granville Island sits next: a former industrial site turned cultural hub with a public market, galleries, and waterfront shops. A half-hour stop lets you move through the market and feel the neighborhood without being rushed. Gastown comes with its Steam Clock and historic streets lined with cafes and galleries. You'll see Canada Place and the Olympic cauldron at the waterfront, English Bay Beach with its bronze sculptures, and Chinatown's Millennium Gate and narrow commercial buildings.
