The Experience

We were barely out of Toronto when our guide, Raj, started telling us stories about growing up near Niagara Falls—he had this way of mixing history with little jokes that made everyone laugh. I still think about that last stretch back toward Toronto—the sun coming through patchy clouds over endless vineyards and old farmhouses.
