The experience

You land at Toronto Pearson, clear baggage claim, and find your driver holding a placard with your name. The transfer operates around the clock, so whether you arrive at dawn or midnight, a professional chauffeur is waiting. The vehicle is air-conditioned and seats up to five passengers. Each traveler can bring one suitcase and one carry-on bag. The driver handles your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or private address in Markham without stops or detours.

The service includes flight monitoring, so the driver knows when your plane lands and adjusts the pickup timing accordingly. You get 30 minutes of free waiting time at the airport if your flight is delayed or you need extra time at baggage claim. Additional waiting time can be added during checkout for a fee. The exact travel time depends on traffic and the time of day, but the route is direct and the driver is trained to navigate it safely and punctually.

Booking in advance means no scrambling for a taxi or ride-share when you arrive tired. Just purchase, confirm your flight details, and meet the driver. The logistics are handled. Infants can travel on an adult's lap, and specialized infant seats are available on request if you notify the operator at booking (additional cost applies). Service animals are welcome.
