Toronto Pearson Airport Private Transfer Downtown

Skip the taxi line and ride straight to your hotel

A private transfer from Toronto Pearson International Airport to downtown Toronto and other Ontario destinations, with hotel pickup arranged in advance. Your driver meets you at the prearranged desk near baggage claim. The ride takes 10 minutes to 3 hours depending on your destination. Bottled water is included, and the vehicle size (sedan, SUV, minivan or minibus) is chosen to fit your party and luggage.

The experience

Toronto Pearson International Airport sits about 20 kilometers northwest of downtown. Instead of waiting for a shared shuttle or negotiating a taxi fare, you collect your bags, head to the prearranged desk at Door A, and check in with the concierge by name. Your driver is paged from the holding area and arrives within minutes. You walk out with your luggage and get into the vehicle reserved for your group: no hunting for the right car, no confusion about which service you booked.

The fleet includes sedans for solo travelers or couples, SUVs and minivans for families, and minibuses for larger groups. Infant and child seats are available if you need them, and the service accommodates special requests. Bottled water is provided for the ride. The route and duration depend on where you're headed (downtown Toronto, a hotel in another part of the city, or a destination elsewhere in Ontario), but the pickup process is the same every time.

If you're traveling with young children, car seats are built in or installed before you leave the airport. Service animals travel with you. The transfer works for any arrival time, and you can arrange it when you book your flight or closer to your travel date.
