Step-by-step itinerary
Waterfall adventure and nature hike
- Travel through Cambodian countryside
- Discover beautiful waterfall
- Explore peaceful natural surroundings
- Enjoy refreshing swim if suitable
- Relax and take photos
- Return with local guide
The experience
The tour starts with pickup from your Kampot accommodation and heads out into the countryside, leaving the town behind. You'll hike through natural surroundings to reach a waterfall set deep in jungle greenery: the kind of place that doesn't show up on the usual tourist route. The walk itself is the point: you're moving through the landscape, not rushing between marked stops.
Once you reach the waterfall, the day opens up. You can swim in the natural pools if conditions and weather allow it. Otherwise you'll wade, photograph, and simply sit with the sound of water. Your guide stays with you the whole time, pointing out the area and making sure you're comfortable. There's time to explore at your own pace, take photos, and just be still in the space.
The four hours includes the hike in, time at the waterfall, and the return to town. You'll have water, drinks, and fruit snacks throughout. No lunch is provided, so eat before you go or plan to grab something in Kampot afterward.
What’s included
- Entry to the waterfall area.
- a local English-speaking guide for the full four hours.
- water, drinks, and fruit snacks.
- hotel pickup from your Kampot accommodation.
