After Veliko Tarnovo, the route moves to Arbanassi, a museum village about 10 kilometers away. The village is known for its 17th and 18th-century merchant houses and the Church of the Nativity of Christ, which contains over 2,000 Old and New Testament scenes painted across its interior walls. These murals are among the most detailed religious artwork preserved from that period in the region. The return journey to Sofia takes the afternoon, with arrival back at the starting point around 7:30pm.
