The boat picks you up at your Angra hotel and heads straight to the water. The barbecue happens mid-day, usually anchored at Japariz Beach where you can eat on deck or wade ashore. The spread includes sirloin cap, sausage, garlic bread, curd cheese, cold cuts and bread rolls. Drinks run the full range—beers (Eisenbahn and Heineken), gin, vodka, Red Bull, tonic, soft drinks and juices, plus mineral water and ice. Snorkeling gear is onboard if you want to go under; floating accessories let you drift and drift without effort.
