The Experience
The tour opens with a water trail that crosses 17 times on the way to Brejo Limpo waterfall, a multi-tiered cascade with water cool enough to swim in. From there you move into Enchanted Valley and then to Enchanted Canyon, where you walk among ancestral geological formations and reach Urubu Rei waterfall. The route then takes you to the Blue River, the smallest river in Brazil and the third smallest in the world, where the water is clear enough to see through completely, and to Pequizeiro Beach along its banks. The final stop is Lagoa da Serra, a lagoon in Tocantins with water so transparent that the surrounding landscape reflects in it.
Each day ends at accommodations with air conditioning, a minibar, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. On the water, the boat carries snorkeling equipment and provides water, fresh fruit and juices throughout the day. Your guide speaks English or Spanish and travels with the group, and hotel pickup is arranged before the tour begins. The five days move at a pace that suits all fitness levels, though the itinerary involves water crossings and walking through natural terrain.
