The experience
Eight to nine hours covers the route from Mostar through three major stops before you reach Dubrovnik. The first is Blagaj, where the Blagaj Tekke, a 16th-century Dervish monastery, sits at the base of a 200-meter cliff alongside the Buna River, one of Europe's largest karst springs. You get free time to walk the riverbanks, visit the monastery, or sit at a riverside café with traditional Bosnian coffee.
Počitelj comes next: a medieval fortress town built between the 15th and 18th centuries on the Neretva River, with cobbled stone paths climbing to the Kula watchtower and the Šişman Ibrahim-paša Mosque for views across the river valley. Local vendors sell fresh pomegranates and figs along the steps. The final stop is Kravica Waterfalls, a 25-meter cascade dropping into an emerald-green natural pool ringed by wooden boardwalks and beach bars. Swimming is possible during summer months. Otherwise you photograph, walk the boardwalks, or rest before the drive into Dubrovnik.
Your private driver handles all luggage, and the air-conditioned vehicle includes WiFi and bottled water. Entrance fees at Blagaj (€5), Počitelj (no fee stated) and Kravica (€10) are paid separately at each site in cash. Meals are not included. The route ends at your Dubrovnik hotel or accommodation, completing the transfer and sightseeing in one journey.

Top questions
What is the Blagaj Tekke and why is it worth the stop?
The Blagaj Tekke is a 16th-century Dervish monastery built into the cliff face at the base of the Buna River, one of Europe's most powerful karst springs. The setting (emerald water, 200-meter cliff, and the historic building) makes it one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most iconic landmarks, and you have free time to explore the monastery, walk the riverbanks, or sit at a café.
Can I swim at Kravica Waterfalls?
Kravica Waterfalls has a natural swimming pool fed by the 25-meter cascade, and swimming is possible during summer months. In other seasons, you can walk the wooden boardwalks, photograph the amphitheater-shaped pool, or relax at one of the riverside beach bars.
What does the private driver service include?
The private driver provides door-to-door pickup from Mostar, full luggage assistance, and drop-off at your Dubrovnik accommodation. The air-conditioned vehicle includes WiFi and bottled water for the eight to nine-hour journey.
Are entrance fees included in the tour price?
Entrance fees are not included and are paid on-site in cash: €5 for the Blagaj Dervish House (optional) and €10 per person for Kravica Waterfalls. Počitelj has no entrance fee. Meals are also not included.
What is Počitelj and what can I do there?
Počitelj is a medieval stone village built between the 15th and 18th centuries on the Neretva River, with cobbled paths climbing to the Kula watchtower and the Šişman Ibrahim-paša Mosque. Both offer panoramic views of the river valley, and local vendors sell fresh seasonal fruit like pomegranates and figs along the stone steps.
